Coros smartwatch users reported a widespread Strava synchronization issue this week, preventing workout data from uploading to Strava or third-party fitness platforms. The company has now confirmed the problem and deployed a fix, restoring automatic syncing for affected devices. Since yesterday, many Coros users have found bugs in the third-party app sync problem, where they failed to synchronize their health data with these fitness apps.
Strava Sync Issue
The Reddit users in the Coros Reddit community first spotted this bug, and later, many users also confirmed it with their watches. The bug has been affecting all the Coros users, including new Pace 4, Nomad, Apex 4, and the previous Pace 3 & Vertix 2 users.
What Was the Problem?

What we discovered about the bug is that the API connecting both Coros & Strava was not working properly, failing to sync the daily activity data. When the official team knows about it via the Reddit community forum, they fix it.
Coros Users & Strava Sync
Coros users always store their daily data on third-party apps, including Strava, Adidas Running, Relive, Training Peaks, Komoot, Nike Run Club, or sync to third-party apps. They have to store their daily exercise data in the app, and it is also easier for them to share their achievements with fitness enthusiasts or even athletes.
