Coros has launched a new software update for its Nomad smartwatch that delivers enhanced user experience and known bug fixes. It is now rolling out the newer V3.1409.0 software update lifted from the previous 3.1408.0 version. The company is yet to announce it on their official firmware page, though many users are now receiving it. Today, many users have witnessed the latest version on their Coros Nomad watch, so we guess the firmware page will be updated soon.
To dig deeper into the new software, we don’t find any major changes in the existing code, so it has been used to squash some known bugs to deliver better performance. Users on social media are bating on the improved battery life and the fixed map zoom in cycling mode. In a previous firmware, it introduced some new changes like the VO2 Max shortcut on the Running fitness widget, and the addition of new Voice Training Voice Notes on activities.

If the Nomad model has received a new version this month, then surely all the other models like Pace 3, Pace 4, Apex 4, and Vertix will also receive new firmware in the next few days. To download and install the new V3.1409.0 software version on your Coros Nomad, open the official pairing app on your iOS or Android phone, and check for the new version. It is a worldwide update, so you will soon see it.
